GLBA Privacy Notice
This notice describes what nonpublic personal information Ten Figure Finance (“Ten Figure Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects about individuals applying for, or holding, accounts with us in their individual capacity (including sole proprietors and principals who provide a personal guaranty), and the circumstances in which we share it. It is provided in accordance with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Regulation P (12 C.F.R. Part 1016).

Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
- Social Security number and date of birth
- Income, assets, and account balances
- Payment history and credit history
- Transaction history and credit scores
- Government-issued identification information
When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
How?
All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Ten Figure Finance chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Who is providing this notice? Ten Figure Finance, a Florida company located at 16215 NW 15th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33169.
What We Do
How does Ten Figure Finance protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We restrict access to your personal information to employees, agents, and service providers who need it to perform their jobs.
How does Ten Figure Finance collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
- apply for a business-purpose financing product;
- give us your contact information or financial information;
- provide bank statements or other transaction records;
- authorize us to obtain a credit report; or
- tell us about your income or business.
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, identity-verification services, your bank, and our funding partners.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
- sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness;
- affiliates from using your information to market to you; and
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you.
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Definitions
Affiliates. Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Ten Figure Finance currently has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates. Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Ten Figure Finance does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing. A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include other working-capital providers, payment processors, and referral partners.
Other Important Information
