Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Ten Figure Finance (“Ten Figure Finance,” “TenFF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors to tenff.com and applicants for, and customers of, our working-capital products. This Policy applies to information collected through our website, by phone, by email, through our application and servicing portals, and from third parties in connection with our products. It is supplemented by our GLBA Privacy Notice, which describes the categories of nonpublic personal information we collect from individuals applying for or holding accounts with us and the limited circumstances in which it may be shared.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, measure traffic and performance, and (where permitted) deliver and measure advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but parts of our site may not function correctly without them. We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

6. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you certain rights with respect to personal information we collect about you in your individual capacity. Personal information collected, processed, or disclosed in connection with a business-purpose product (such as a merchant cash advance) is generally regulated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is exempt from the CCPA. To the extent the CCPA applies, you may have the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and to request deletion, correction, or to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@tenff.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include encryption in transit for information transmitted through our website, access controls, employee training, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the legal and business reasons for retaining it.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and to adults acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party site you visit.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where appropriate, directly to affected individuals.
